Booking Process

Booking with Fern Party Rentals is simple!

1. Request Your Rental

Call or text us at 231-571-5599, or check your event date's availability and submit a quote request through our website. Be sure to include your event date and the rental items you're interested in.

2. Review Your Rental Agreement

We'll confirm availability and email you a personalized rental agreement outlining your rental items, pricing, and policies for your review.

3. Reserve Your Event Date

To officially reserve your rental, simply:

• Sign your rental agreement electronically.

• Pay your 50% Reservation Retainer.

For reservations made within 7 days of your event, the full rental balance, security deposit, and any applicable Rush Booking Fee are due at the time of booking.

4. Final Payment

The remaining rental balance and your refundable security deposit are due 7 days before your event.

5. Pick Up & Enjoy!

Most rentals are picked up from and returned to our location. Delivery, setup, and pickup services may be available upon request for an additional fee, depending on our availability.
